The EuroCTO annual meeting is back to Florence, hoping to repeat the success of 2021 with the winning formula applied in the previous edition. 

The EUROCTO Club and GISE (Italian Society for Interventional Cardiology) are joining forces again to offer the combination of a basic training course for young CTO operators and an advanced parallel course focused on new techniques, material, outcome data and, especially, complex live cases. Experienced operators from Japan, US, Europe will come to three Catheterization laboratories in Rome (Catholic University, San Camillo and Tor Vergata) and Careggi University Hospital in Florence to show live the different approaches to succeed in the most complex CTO lesions.

We will be in the new Teatro del Maggio, walking distance from the main railway station and few tram stops from Florence airport, in a brand new very comfortable concert hall inaugurated last year with a wide screen. Facilitators among the audience will help to give voice to the questions, doubts and criticisms that you have during live cases and can rarely reach the operator and panel. An abstract session and live-in-the-box cases will allow younger operators to share their experience. A large exhibition and parallel rooms will offer opportunities to test new devices in simulation models.

Remember that this year will also be the election year for the EUROCTO Club and, since we want active members to decide the future EuroCTO Club Board, the vote can be cast only in presence (or delegating in writing a colleague present).
